This Refund Policy applies to design services purchased from LambertiUX and complements statutory rights of EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers residing in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its conclusion without stating a reason, by sending a clear statement to contact@lambertiux.online. Any payment already made will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Services started during the withdrawal period
Where you expressly request us to begin performance during the 14-day withdrawal period, you shall pay a proportionate amount for the services rendered up to the moment of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code.
3. Loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once the contract has been fully performed (Art. 59 Italian Consumer Code).
4. Non-conformity and defects
If a delivered service does not conform to the agreed scope, the client is entitled to have the deliverable brought into conformity through revision, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the Italian Consumer Code.
5. Business clients
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business clients (B2B). Refunds for business clients are governed by the applicable statement of work.

Send your request, including invoice reference and reason, to contact@lambertiux.online. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
