These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the website lambertiux.online and the design services provided by LambertiUX ("we", "us"). They apply together with Regulation (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.

LambertiUX — Italy. Contact: contact@lambertiux.online — +39 350 890 0312.
2. Services
We offer UI/UX design services described on the Services and Pricing pages. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
3. Formation of contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (email) after you accept a proposal. Prices are in Euro and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT.
4. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date. Late payments accrue statutory interest under Legislative Decree 231/2002 implementing Directive 2011/7/EU.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers resident in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days from conclusion of the contract without reason, in accordance with Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Where you have expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportional to the services provided until withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. To withdraw, email contact@lambertiux.online.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables specifically created for the client are transferred to the client, except for pre-existing materials, tooling, know-how and third-party components, which remain the property of their respective owners. LambertiUX retains the right to display finished work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory EU or Italian law, including statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence within the EU have jurisdiction under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012. For business clients, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the province where LambertiUX is established.
9. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
